Description

  • Support managers and team members as a point of contact for people success matters, including internal mobility, compensation and bonuses, benefits support, grievances, accessibility and accommodations, and job information changes.
  • Maintain HRIS employee records, contracts, amendments, and policies with a high standard for accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Improve and implement employee lifecycle processes and programs, including onboarding, reviews, promotions and bonuses, mobility, succession planning, and exits.
  • Administer and continuously improve benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee support and vendor operations.
  • Support benefit enrollments with the broker through employee communications, vendor coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Manage all types of leaves of absence, coordinating with employees, managers, carriers, and brokers to ensure a compliant and supportive experience.
  • Use employee feedback to measure and improve the value of benefits and perks programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA/CFRA, ADA, FLSA, and pay transparency requirements.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook as the company evolves.
  • Partner with team leadership, legal counsel, and outside advisors on employment matters, immigration support, and classification questions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist and operations-focused responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting global HR functions, with U.S., UK, and Canada preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to implement scalable HR processes in a fast-growing environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and EOR systems, preferably Rippling and Remote.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fully distributed, remote-first environment.

  • Base salary of $117,500 to $138,000 USD, based on level of experience.
