Description

  • Set the venture’s direction and lead overall execution as the founding CEO.
  • Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilot engagements with independent RIAs and convert pilots into paid customers.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the business.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and initial traction.
  • Recruit and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs.
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
  • Interest in building within the advisor workflow, CRM, and portfolio management ecosystem.
