Description

  • Set the venture direction and lead overall execution as the founding CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across the target logistics segments.
  • Lead pilots with freight brokerages and convert them into paid customer engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion aimed at Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Drive integrations with core freight systems such as TMS, load boards, and broker/carrier databases.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team while establishing the company culture.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to build investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note on founder-market fit as part of the application.
