Description

  • Own the operational integrity and strategic rigor of the B2B sales engine.
  • Improve pipeline management by implementing mechanisms that increase lead-to-close velocity and strengthen funnel health.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined forecasting processes with early visibility into revenue risks and upside opportunities.
  • Create standardized sales stages, entry and exit criteria, and governance practices to ensure data integrity and repeatable processes.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on annual planning, including quota setting, sales compensation, territory planning, and capacity planning.
  • Serve as the primary B2B representative on the global revenue operations team and align B2B reporting with broader commercial and financial frameworks.
  • Manage the technical and process connections between Sales, Marketing, and Service to support attribution, handoffs, and retention.
  • Oversee the B2B sales technology roadmap, tool selection, configuration, and vendor relationships such as Salesforce.
  • Lead new hire onboarding, training curriculum development, documentation, and change management for new tools and processes.
  • Manage the B2B CRM Administrator and serve on the Operations Leadership team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations roles.
  • 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience translating B2B growth goals into operational workflows.
  • Experience working across Commercial teams, Finance, and IT.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data flow.
  • High proficiency in data manipulation and the ability to identify trends or anomalies in large datasets.
  • Experience managing complex projects and change management programs across a remote workforce.
  • Ability to build systems that produce predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance is preferred.
  • Experience with B2B commercial, sales, or revenue operations planning is preferred.
