Description

  • Serve as the hands-on administrator for Salesforce, including configurations, automated flows, security, and system health.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting data to identify actionable commercial improvements.
  • Architect and maintain end-to-end data integrations to create a single source of truth for commercial reporting.
  • Design and maintain multi-dimensional commercial models to evaluate market and strategy changes.
  • Develop high-visibility KPI reporting and lead data hygiene initiatives across business systems.
  • Optimize quoting, contracting, and order flow processes while supporting pricing and approval controls.
  • Implement standardized workflows in Salesforce and help update adjacent tools to improve global commercial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations on go-to-market strategy and KPI delivery.
  • Design executive dashboards with clear, user-focused visualizations for leadership decision-making.
  • Lead rollout of new Salesforce features, including requirements gathering, consultant coordination, training, and delivery.
  • Provide daily troubleshooting and bug-fix support for CRM and CPQ platforms.
  • Partner with Commercial Ops and Marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives and align deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Conga/Salesforce CPQ, and BI tools such as Pigment or Tableau.
  • Expert-level Salesforce administration skills, including Flow Builder, Custom Objects, and data architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel, with experience in EPM tools such as Pigment or Anaplan.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for database querying and dashboard coding is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as QAD and quality management tools such as TrackWise is preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical project management experience across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT and global training.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with Medical Device or MedTech experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of contracting and pricing workflows, with capital equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
