Description

  • Create customized SaaS contractual offerings for HubSpot’s upmarket customers at scale.
  • Partner with the sales team on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, sales operations, finance, product, sales leadership, and legal to help close deals.
  • Support renewal contract negotiations, especially for strategic customers.
  • Implement deal and approval processes that support a high-velocity sales motion.
  • Provide input across multiple projects and initiatives to help scale the function.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with sellers and act as a business partner on strategic and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance, or Sales Operations.
  • High emotional intelligence with empathy and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems with thoughtful, calculated solutions.
  • Accountability and transparent communication with colleagues.
  • Ability to build trust and partner effectively with a sales team.
  • Experience working with GTM organizations and empathy for sellers.
  • Experience supporting complex contract renewals.
  • Preferred: System enhancement or process improvement experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing Deal Desk or Revenue Operations role.
  • Preferred: Experience partnering closely with legal, finance, product, and operations stakeholders.
