Description

  • Own and administer HubSpot across sales and marketing functions.
  • Onboard and train new sales team members in HubSpot.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and operational integrity.
  • Build and launch landing pages for campaigns, outbound initiatives, trade shows, partnerships, and new business verticals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing contractors to test and iterate on landing pages, messaging, CTAs, and lead flows.
  • Support lead generation through forms, email nurture flows, tracking infrastructure, and campaign operations.
  • Manage marketing attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, integrations, and CRM analytics.
  • Ensure accurate tracking from first touch through pipeline conversion.
  • Improve funnel conversion rates by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable fixes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to execute GTM initiatives quickly.
  • Build scrappy solutions that unblock growth without waiting for perfect systems or large engineering resources.
  • Establish best practices for pipeline management, reporting, automation, and marketing operations.
  • Support experimentation across sales, partnerships, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM Administration, or Marketing Operations.
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automations, landing pages, reporting, forms, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead generation, attribution, and funnel conversion.
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
  • Excited by startup environments and rapid iteration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Design background is helpful.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams, logistics businesses, or e-commerce companies is a bonus.
