Description

  • Own discovery, planning, delivery, and iteration of Legal & Contracts initiatives.
  • Define and manage features from problem discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Document workflows for lease generation, signatures, templates, notices, renewals, transfers, and communications.
  • Gather and synthesize input from customers and cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, Design, Support, and Implementation.
  • Translate regulations, contractual requirements, and workflow needs into product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
  • Manage the backlog, roadmap preparation, prioritization, sprint planning, demos, release readiness, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts across integrations, document providers, configurations, and customer workflows.
  • Participate in quality assurance and exploratory testing focused on accuracy, permissions, failure states, configuration, and jurisdictional differences.
  • Use product data, customer feedback, support trends, and defect patterns to identify opportunities and evaluate outcomes.
  • Triage bugs and escalations, coordinate resolution, and support launch communications, documentation, training, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in product, business analysis, implementation, customer success, operations, quality assurance, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar products, workflows, technical concepts, and domains.
  • Ability to define problems, ask clarifying questions, validate assumptions, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Collaborative experience working with Engineering, Design, Legal, Customer Experience, Support, and other customer-facing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail in accuracy-, compliance-, and customer-impact-sensitive environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI within the product management or software development lifecycle.
  • Preferred: experience in multifamily housing, property management, proptech, leasing, or resident experience software.
  • Preferred: familiarity with legal document workflows, electronic signatures, APIs, integrations, webhooks, configuration systems, or tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Pendo, or Looker.
  • Ability to travel less than 5%.
