Description

  • Define product roadmaps covering core gameplay, progression, monetization, and RPG meta systems.
  • Own LiveOps strategy, including event calendars, content loops, and sustainable delivery plans.
  • Lead product, design, and economy specialists toward shared goals and raise team performance.
  • Oversee the balance between in-app purchase and advertising revenue models.
  • Partner with User Acquisition to connect player data, creative insights, campaign performance, and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Publishing, studios, Data, Economy, Growth, and other cross-functional teams to ship games end-to-end.
  • Apply RPG genre benchmarks and best practices to major product decisions.
  • Remain hands-on with game systems, data, and the areas requiring the greatest product focus.
  • Shape the broader product strategy as Homa’s RPG portfolio expands.

Requirements

  • Several years of product management experience on live free-to-play mobile games, ideally RPG or midcore titles.
  • End-to-end ownership of major features, progression systems, economies, monetization, or product roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of RPG mechanics, including progression, power curves, collection, PvP/social systems, seasons, and passes.
  • Experience taking a game from concept or pre-launch through launch and LiveOps, or shaping product direction across multiple titles.
  • Deep LiveOps experience connecting events, content, progression, monetization, engagement, and repeat spend.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, build, ship, measure, and iterate features within realistic live-team constraints.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, User Acquisition, Growth, and external studios.
  • Ability to set strategy while remaining hands-on with games, systems, and data.
  • Experience thriving in lean, fast-moving, high-autonomy teams with rapid testing and short feedback loops.
  • Professional credentials are less important than ambition, humility, curiosity, focus, and demonstrated impact.
