Description

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients using the platform.
  • Own support tickets from first response through resolution and ensure follow-through.
  • Collaborate with the right internal teams when issues require escalation or cross-functional input.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing client feedback that informs the product roadmap.
  • Investigate technical problems using web fundamentals, browser dev tools, and code inspection when needed.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the support process.
  • Maintain a high level of ownership and ensure tickets and commitments do not fall through the cracks.
  • Use AI tools as a regular part of day-to-day support work and continue building fluency with them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.
  • C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly in a technical context.
  • Russian-speaking team environment; ability to work effectively within that communication context is expected.
  • Strong understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Comfort reading code and using browser developer tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities change.
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule from 9:00–18:00 Eastern Time (New York).
  • Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Experience writing Help Center or knowledge base articles is preferred.
  • Experience with API troubleshooting or integration support is preferred.
