Description

  • Support regional sales teams with market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education, training, customer service, and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement a regional plan with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to increase market share and improve customer service.
  • Build relationships with hospital personnel to expand contacts, identify decision makers, and support future sales opportunities.
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers to assess clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can support patient care goals.
  • Educate customers on the proper clinical use of company products through presentations, demonstrations, and educational materials.
  • Assist with professional education activities, including PEER meetings, hospital stroke symposia, and continuing education programs.
  • Train new employees, including Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
  • Serve as a primary resource for procedural case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and product follow-up.
  • Track product incidents, respond to customer complaints, and coordinate solutions with senior management, sales, and marketing.
  • Maintain compliance with the company’s quality management system, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or a related discipline.
  • Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting or at a medical device company.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Sales or marketing background preferred.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment.
  • Strong oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
