Description

  • Analyze application issues, document findings, and resolve or escalate tickets as needed.
  • Support escalated requests from the Enterprise Service Desk Tier 1 for VBMS users.
  • Participate in daily operational calls with stakeholders to review high-priority issues and new concerns.
  • Troubleshoot PC setup, browser optimization, access issues, and network problems using remote tools.
  • Track and manage incidents in ServiceNow from initial intake through resolution.
  • Support enterprise application users ranging from entry-level employees to supervisors.
  • Coordinate, research, and analyze special projects and reports as needed.
  • Work independently while maintaining accuracy and timely completion of multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and eligible for Public Trust clearance.
  • Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms.
  • Experience with database management and administration tools.
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications.
  • ITIL experience.
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Specialized training in system configuration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information processed or prepared.
  • Preferred: strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: technical support experience.
  • Preferred: ability to manage multiple tasks, interruptions, and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Preferred: ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Preferred: ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships.
