Description

  • Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to solve real-world challenges.
  • Develop product features and workflows that support MedTech sales teams and improve patient access to medical technology.
  • Use data insights to identify product enhancements, address performance issues, and uncover opportunities.
  • Improve engineering processes, team practices, and organizational culture.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies that improve scalability and development speed.
  • Mentor junior and developing engineers through knowledge sharing and guidance.
  • Build with agentic development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
  • Work across current products and future product development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in a product-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Full-stack proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services.
  • Customer-focused mindset and experience working in fast-paced, impact-driven environments.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply modern technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, empathy, and leadership by example.
  • Experience with agentic software development tools and practices.
  • Eligible work permit in the United States.

  • $155,000–$215,000 salary for Senior Software Engineer 1 or $175,000–$250,000 for Senior Software Engineer 2.
