Description

  • Write clean, performant, and maintainable web application code.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers, including junior teammates.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards.
  • Identify and implement refactoring, optimization, and technical debt initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap projects, from technical planning through implementation, testing, and release.
  • Author technical specifications and create delivery plans with teammates.
  • Contribute to estimation, requirements definition, documentation, retrospectives, and other Agile processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of application architecture, deployment practices, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience planning, building, and releasing web applications.
  • Expertise with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular or another major frontend framework.
  • Fluency in agentic coding workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Strong communication and project management skills across teams and functional areas.
  • Experience with Angular, RxJS, or similar web technologies preferred.
  • Experience as a full-stack engineer preferred.
  • Experience with Node.js or Scala preferred.
  • Experience working in a large codebase or maintaining an internal UI library preferred.
  • Business-, product-, and user-oriented mindset preferred.
