Description

  • Maintain and optimize the ALMS, with primary ownership of the DocuSign CLM platform.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
  • Develop enhancements that improve application functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and data integration solutions for reporting and enterprise data sharing.
  • Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
  • Support testing, deployments, upgrades, and release management.
  • Create technical documentation, system designs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and project teams.
  • Ensure application security and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, or system integration technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting production enterprise applications and working independently on cross-functional teams.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • One of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline; relevant experience may substitute where applicable.
  • Federal or DoD systems, DocuSign CLM integrations, performance optimization, Agile, and enterprise reporting experience preferred.
