Description

  • Coach engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohorts to improve AI-assisted development practices.
  • Capture effective practices and turn them into living guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an internal AI knowledge base.
  • Build and support a network of embedded AI champions to scale enablement across teams.
  • Identify adoption blockers, surface patterns, and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
  • Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production using Node.js/TypeScript and MCP.
  • Evaluate AI tools, models, and integrations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Define, track, and report adoption and productivity metrics through dashboards and quality guardrails.
  • Partner with security/compliance and GTM teams to shape safe enablement and translate field needs into internal tooling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years shipping products in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong full-stack background with proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Working knowledge of relational and document databases.
  • Deep hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
  • Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production, including authn/authz, deployment, security review, and CI/CD.
  • Experience building integrations against third-party APIs and protocols such as MCP.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
  • Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to influence across functions and coordinate with IT, DevOps, security, and GTM.
  • English proficiency at C1 level for written and verbal technical communication.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki (preferred).
  • Experience deploying on edge or serverless compute (preferred).
  • Experience building or operating an internal plugin/package registry or marketplace (preferred).
  • Prior developer-experience, developer-advocacy, or internal-tooling role (preferred).
  • Experience running technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement programs at scale (preferred).
  • Experience in a distributed, remote-first engineering organization (preferred).
