Description

  • Run A/B tests to evaluate product and experience changes.
  • Identify insights in data and conduct research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Work with retention rate and subscription/supporter LTV metrics.
  • Design and build data marts to support analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards for product stakeholders.
  • Handle ad hoc analytical requests from product teams.
  • Support the Donor Portal team’s efforts to reduce churn and improve subscription management flows.
  • Contribute to donor communication improvements through data analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Python and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
  • Strong written English for documentation and communication; B1 or higher professional working proficiency in English is noted for the role.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Experience with Tableau and Grafana is part of the current tech stack.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Airflow, and Git is relevant to the environment.
  • Curiosity, hypothesis-driven thinking, and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences are preferred.
