Description

  • Manage a territory of 2,000+ accounts and execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Book 15 meetings per month, with at least 9 qualified by an Account Executive counting toward core goals.
  • Drive pre-meeting follow-up, send reminders, and re-engage or re-set missed meetings and demos.
  • Respond quickly to inbound intent signals from prospects engaging with guides, website content, or webinars.
  • Use scalable personalization to tailor outreach around relevant triggers such as new hires, program launches, or fundraising goals.
  • Balance multiple outreach campaigns while maintaining a high level of daily activity and call volume.
  • Experiment with outreach approaches and help validate the playbook for the SMB nonprofit segment.
  • Represent the company as a primary point of contact for interested nonprofit prospects.

Requirements

  • Sales or outbound prospecting experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Ability to work remotely from the U.S. and based in CST or EST time zones.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, high-activity sales role with significant rejection.
  • Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage your own calendar and activity levels.
  • Positive, resilient, and competitive mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn the nonprofit sector and adapt based on feedback and data.
  • Strong communication skills to explain value clearly to nonprofit leaders.
  • Agility and comfort working in a startup environment where processes are still being developed.

  • OTE of $80,000 - $85,000.
