Description

  • Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in the East Region.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through closure.
  • Handle inbound inquiries generated from marketing and SDR lead-generation efforts.
  • Expand existing accounts with a focus on recurring revenue streams.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Meet key performance metrics across activity levels, conversion, and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to achieve sales results.
  • Use sales tools effectively to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in EdTech or HR tech is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High-energy, fast-paced personality.
  • Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Preferred candidate location is the East Coast of the US.
  • This is an individual contributor role.

Benefits

  • $140,000 OTE compensation package.
  • $85,000 base salary plus $55,000 variable commission.
