Description

  • Source, screen, and support hiring for mid-level, production, and office positions across the company.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • Manage background checks, clinic/testing steps, employment verifications, reference checks, and hiring documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support efforts to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of relevant experience, required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional approach to confidential candidate and company information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
