Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for a select group of institutional partners and deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, anticipate needs, and support ongoing engagement.
  • Drive onboarding, retention, and renewals across the partner portfolio.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor engagement data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to the partner experience.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, reporting, and eligibility verification independently.
  • Collaborate with Publishing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to improve the partner journey.
  • Create and continuously improve resources, processes, and AI-driven tools.
  • Triage partner queries, manage a shared team inbox, and support team-wide knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, customer support, or relationship management.
  • Background in scholarly publishing, open access, university libraries, or research communications is a plus.
  • Interest in publishing and open science, with motivation to learn and grow in the field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and other data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and act on insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable championing change.
  • Solution-focused, positive, and open to using technology and AI to work more efficiently and at scale.
