Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive new business growth.
  • Call key decision-makers through phone, email, and social outreach to generate new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on market and industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
  • Another language is a bonus.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually learn and develop.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is an added bonus.
