Description

  • Own the end-to-end lead capture and development process using construction data platforms, organic search, and inbound leads.
  • Identify and qualify new construction projects with planned fitness or wellness amenities.
  • Initiate structured outreach to engage decision-makers early in the project lifecycle and at existing fitness and wellness facilities.
  • Nurture prospects through a consistent multi-touch follow-up cadence until they are ready for sales engagement.
  • Transition qualified leads to the Sales team with detailed context, notes, and warm introductions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, activity logs, and CRM status updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Respond to new leads quickly and maintain clear visibility into lead activity, status, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured outreach processes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders such as directors, owners, and project managers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can build and refine processes.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions and build trust and credibility.
  • 100% remote availability.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Compensation up to $7/hr.
