Description

  • Achieve sales targets consistently and deliver against KPIs.
  • Prospect and contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and in-person meetings when appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demonstrations to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and record call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continuously grow and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Open to candidates who are enthusiastic and eager to learn, even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
