Description

  • Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts, including building long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Source candidates from multiple channels and screen resumes and applications against a high quality bar.
  • Own role coordination and stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
  • Communicate regular status updates to management and team members.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Fresh graduates in Human Resources or Psychology are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work remotely from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

Benefits

  • Remote / work-from-home arrangement.
  • Monthly salary of $400 to $700.
  • Night allowance of $40 per month.
  • 2-month paid sabbatical for eligible employees.
