Description

  • Develop and grow the assigned country, territory, or region by converting leads into clients and building new and existing business partnerships.
  • Actively source and engage trading professionals across social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities.
  • Identify the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
  • Assist with onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners.
  • Work closely with customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong client service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales and marketing content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners and work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Monitor affiliates and partners regularly to optimize activity and performance and help ensure KPIs are met.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management.
  • Apply due diligence and follow regulatory framework requirements in line with company policies and ethics.
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
  • Native Khmer is required.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Working experience or established connections in the region is preferred.
  • Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and strongly driven to succeed.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with a can-do attitude.
