Description

  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders across banking and fintech organizations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and the wider Commercial team to shape solutions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales feedback loops.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across the Americas market.
  • Build long-term value for customers through consultative selling.
  • Work closely with Global Account Directors, Business Development Managers, and Account Executives to support US market growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling B2B, enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers.
  • A structured and repeatable approach to best-in-class sales practices.
  • Solid understanding of the US banking and/or financial services ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience, such as Salesforce or an equivalent system.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Familiarity with real-time payment schemes such as FedNow, RTP, SEPA, or FPS (desirable).
  • Background in banking or experience working for regulated financial institutions (desirable).
  • Must be based in one of the accepted US states: Connecticut, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or North Carolina.
