Description

  • Build and maintain the TAM, including ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization.
  • Create an evergreen system to identify high-fit accounts and develop Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 account scoring.
  • Own the outbound motion by designing messaging, sequences, and outreach workflows across email and LinkedIn.
  • Work directly with SDRs to improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and outbound execution.
  • Run weekly experiments on targeting, messaging, and offers to improve pipeline performance.
  • Connect TAM, CRM, and outbound workflows to ensure account and contact data is enriched, current, and usable.
  • Develop signal-driven outreach by identifying triggers such as hiring, product launches, and funding events.
  • Create repeatable ABM playbooks, messaging templates, and objection-handling resources for 1:1 and scaled outreach.
  • Train SDRs, document processes, and incorporate sales feedback into targeting and messaging.
  • Support deal execution by helping create sales assets such as case studies, calculators, and data samples.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building outbound or ABM pipeline systems.
  • Track record of generating qualified meetings or pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of ICP development, targeting, and messaging.
  • Hands-on operator who can execute, not just define strategy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep experience with Clay, Sales Nav, or sequencing tools.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms in GTM, recruiting, data, or AI.
  • Experience training SDRs and building playbooks.
