Description

  • Prospect and win new clients through outbound outreach, COIs, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of affluent and high-net-worth prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through signed agreement.
  • Position the firm’s planning-led, fiduciary value proposition in a competitive marketplace.
  • Partner closely with advisors and specialists to deliver customized proposals.
  • Transition clients smoothly to the advisory team after closing.
  • Support client engagement and onboarding for digitally sourced opportunities.
  • Share market feedback and prospect insights to refine the client development approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong track record of achieving results and driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across diverse audiences.
  • Persuasive and confident in influencing decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
  • Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar platforms; experience configuring workflows is a bonus.
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Interest in financial markets and a self-sustaining pipeline-building mindset.
