Description

  • Provide sales support to the Business Development team across scheduling, prospecting, marketing, event coordination, and analytics.
  • Engage proactively with Financial Consultants and end clients through ongoing outreach and communication.
  • Use CRM systems and other technologies for data entry, pipeline management, task tracking, and client communications.
  • Coordinate across business lines with Financial Consultants, the Business Development team, and Advisor Teams.
  • Support internal workflow and follow-through on client and team needs.
  • Help strengthen the Focus Partners Wealth brand through client-facing support and service.

Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative work experience, including internships; financial services experience is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with a CRM system; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure, work independently, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter who is energetic and assertive.
  • Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
