Description

  • Ensure a positive client experience through proactive communication and solution-first support.
  • Escalate service issues or client dissatisfaction to the Account Director and help prevent repeat problems.
  • Own brand guardianship across projects and maintain quality standards within the team.
  • Challenge client requests constructively and work with project teams to propose added-value solutions.
  • Negotiate win-win compromises on behalf of team members when needed.
  • Use project management and workflow tools to manage delivery and account operations.
  • Own timely project delivery, escalating risks to the Account Director, Project Manager, or Creative Director as needed.
  • Work with the Design Lead and Project Manager to forecast upcoming work and resource needs.
  • Lead projects where required and ensure clear brief intake before work begins.
  • Confirm budget, scope, timing plans, and purchase orders before project kickoff and manage scope creep.
  • Present final work to clients and ensure QA checks are complete before delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities, support upselling, and help build the pipeline with the Account Director.
  • Share knowledge within the studio and help develop a strong, client-centric team culture.

Requirements

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to organize, influence, and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to manage and filter workflow, prioritize workloads, and maximize productivity.
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and contribute practically to studio output.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining top-tier agency service.
  • Agency, communication, or production industry experience (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of, and genuine interest in, artificial intelligence technologies (preferred).
  • Experience leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving multiple complex projects forward.
  • Ability to bring in new business and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of project profitability.
  • Strong people skills with a courteous, positive, high-energy approach.
  • Strategic thinking with credibility and gravitas in client interactions.
