Description

  • Own or support the execution of core HR processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee questions and route issues to the right owner when needed.
  • Support the rollout of people programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions accurately and on time.
  • Assist with the logistics of performance review cycles and other recurring people programs.
  • Support HR compliance tasks such as I-9s, state registrations, and leave paperwork.
  • Work flexibly on new people operations projects as the team grows and priorities change.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in People Operations or HR, with time spent designing and running programs.
  • Experience taking programs from 0 to 1 and explaining what worked, what did not, and what you would do differently.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and partner effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong execution skills, including asking questions, doing research, and building a solid foundation before acting.
  • Experience-oriented mindset with attention to detail and focus on employee experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Ops role.
  • Solid working knowledge of the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance basics, and employee support.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive, confidential information.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines at once.
  • Comfort with established processes and escalating judgment calls to senior team members when necessary.
  • Proactive, no-task-too-small mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within People Ops.

Benefits
