Description

  • Run and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, email, and organic channels to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Manage HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, conversion flows, and nurture sequences, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
  • Run LinkedIn paid campaigns through Campaign Manager and manage the company’s organic LinkedIn presence.
  • Write briefs, provide creative feedback, and manage multiple content and creative workstreams such as gated content, blog posts, ad copy, and video.
  • Perform lead quality assurance across the funnel to identify drop-offs and keep marketing and sales aligned on a single source of truth.
  • Track campaign performance and report on what is working to improve execution and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional stakeholders to ship campaigns on time.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building qualified pipeline through a range of channels and tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and organic LinkedIn management.
  • Experience with email marketing, including segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, nurture sequences, and deliverability.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to keep CRM data clean and maintain accurate marketing operations.
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages and conversion flows.
  • Strong written English and comfort working independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • Daily active use of AI tools for research, writing, campaign planning, and data analysis.
  • Preferred: experience connecting AI tools, APIs, or agents to automate marketing workflows.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience building custom AI agents, including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-step orchestration.
  • Preferred: involvement in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launch content, or sales enablement.
  • Preferred: end-to-end webinar management experience.
  • Preferred: basic to intermediate SEO knowledge, including GEO/AIO experience in LLM-driven search environments.
  • Preferred: background or exposure to agentic AI, banking, insurance, fintech, or logistics marketing.
