Description

  • Manage day-to-day activities and business-as-usual tasks across mid-tier accounts.
  • Secure current run-rate business by completing work packets and proposals.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships as the first commercial point of contact.
  • Develop a pipeline of whitespace, upgrade, and new solution opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Cross-sell Flooid solutions across Glory and Acrelec customer relationships and support reciprocal selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account data in Salesforce.
  • Process invoices correctly and work with Finance to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Communicate monthly and quarterly progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product usage and recommend new features or products that support customer growth.
  • Work with the New Business Sales team to onboard and integrate new customers into Flooid.
  • Ensure contract and legal documentation reflects business context, commercial priorities, and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer experience domain sales, and/or industry consulting experience.
  • Clear understanding of how the retail industry is changing and the catalysts for change.
  • Background in software, with competence in complex platform, digital, cloud, and subscription/SaaS/PaaS environments.
  • Clear understanding of how sales are made in the subscription economy.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Value selling and/or challenger sales mindset preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, coachability, diligence, commercial acumen, and ability to multi-task.
  • Energy, passion, and motivation to sell and engage customers.
