Description

  • Own and grow trading volume in the assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and BD-led community initiatives.
  • Identify, approach, and close relationships with high-impact KOLs, including crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators.
  • Leverage an existing regional network to accelerate onboarding of BD counterparts, KOLs, and partners.
  • Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and key community channels.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to structure competitive partnership terms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of BD experience at a centralised exchange (CEX).
  • Proven track record at a CEX demonstrated through trading volume growth or partnership outcomes.
  • Specialised experience in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management, including origination and deal-closing.
  • An existing regional network of KOLs, BD counterparts, community leads, or trading groups that can be activated.
  • Must be based in the target market; relocation is not considered.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a lean, fast-moving team.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to build a sub-team or bring in talent from a prior network.
  • Preferred: active participation in the local crypto trading community, both professionally and personally.
