Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard KOLs, affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals as clients for the exchange.
  • Develop strategies to attract KOLs, affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals and position the platform’s offerings effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals through personalized support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and clients, resolving concerns and providing solutions.
  • Engage with cryptocurrency and blockchain influencers and key opinion leaders to strengthen brand presence.
  • Build a network of advocates to promote the platform to potential partners and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align partner strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent Flipster at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition and vision in English and/or Vietnamese to potential partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, especially derivatives trading.
  • Fluent in English and/or Vietnamese.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience successfully acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals, particularly in the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
  • Ability to understand complex products and market dynamics.
  • Comfort working in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
