Description

  • Run consistent outbound prospecting across calls, email, and other channels.
  • Engage decision-makers and uncover relevant pain points.
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps partners.
  • Handle objections with a consultative approach.
  • Improve performance through coaching, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Raise constructive challenges to improve ways of working when needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, international sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence in outbound conversations and objection handling.
  • Ability to think independently and adapt during live conversations.
  • Coachability and a strong willingness to learn.
  • High ownership and comfort working in target-driven environments.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with decision-makers.
  • Experience with outbound sales in SaaS, BPO, consulting, telecom, customer engagement, or international sales environments (preferred).
  • Experience working with international customers and outbound prospecting (preferred).
  • Experience with UK and/or IE markets (preferred).
