Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on generating new enterprise business.
  • Set clear goals, track performance against key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive sales targets.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow pipeline, shorten deal cycles, and improve conversion rates.
  • Use analytics and CRM insights to monitor activity, forecast accurately, and identify opportunities for improvement across the sales funnel.
  • Help the team connect FiscalNote’s solutions to the policy, regulatory, and operational priorities of mission-driven organizations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success to ensure seamless handoffs and a strong client experience from first contact through adoption and growth.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene to ensure data integrity and visibility into performance.
  • Continuously refine sales processes through experimentation, feedback, and performance analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise new business development, B2B sales, or partnership growth.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role managing quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing pipeline for SaaS, data, or intelligence solutions.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, performance management, and market expansion in complex, mission-driven sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and other CRM or analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills with senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Strategic, metrics-first mindset with the ability to connect product value to measurable client outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
