Description

  • Lead the design and execution of a holistic employee listening measurement strategy, including lifecycle and ad hoc surveys.
  • Integrate insights across the talent lifecycle to support enterprise and manager action planning.
  • Partner with the Culture & Development team and broader People Team to identify critical people issues and inform people initiatives.
  • Develop and apply research-based and AI-supported approaches for measuring the talent lifecycle from pre-hire to exit.
  • Review, monitor, and communicate survey results effectively, including timely follow-up insights.
  • Lead enterprise-wide survey action planning and enable self-service manager action planning tools.
  • Support global action planning programs and initiatives as needed.
  • Embed MongoDB’s Leadership Commitment into survey strategy and planning decisions.
  • Facilitate projects by identifying dependencies, change management needs, and priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across levels and ensure clarity on ownership, timelines, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience program managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement, including survey insights, executive summaries, and action planning.
  • Experience in people or talent analytics with advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and interpret employee data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to integrate, analyze, and communicate insights effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working directly with leadership and stakeholders across functions to define and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling insights that can be leveraged by multiple teams in an asynchronous setting.
  • Strong project management skills, including delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent written communication, project documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in handling sensitive data.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an HR organization, Talent Center of Excellence, or in close partnership with HR (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Organizational Behavior, or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience using AI to support both qualitative and quantitative people data (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics, Google Suite, MS Excel, and Tableau (preferred).
  • Proficiency with other survey vendors (preferred).
