Description

  • Act as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Drive customer lifetime value by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and reducing churn.
  • Forecast, negotiate, and support renewal and upsell terms to improve retention and expansion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and work cross-functionally to gather product feedback and support product adoption goals.
  • Analyze usage data and customer behavior to provide insights, recommendations, and value-driven touchpoints.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to demonstrate ROI and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Support day-to-day customer operations, including month-end billing review and process/documentation improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of enterprise customer success or relationship management experience.
  • Preferred experience in B2B SaaS and e-commerce.
  • Experience working with beauty and apparel verticals is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue-related KPIs such as renewal rate, upsell, NRR, and churn.
  • Strong commercial and product acumen with a track record of contributing to revenue growth.
  • Ability to generate, build, and analyze reports and operate in a business intelligence capacity.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up, team-centric environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to travel for customer visits as needed.
  • Strong experience with data tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM/Customer Success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic, including reading, writing, and presenting.
  • For remote candidates, must be based in Egypt or Jordan.
