Description

  • Own the product success strategy for a portfolio of products, customers, or regions.
  • Drive product adoption, feature utilization, and faster time-to-value.
  • Partner with customers to define success criteria, KPIs, and value outcomes.
  • Conduct product reviews, health checks, and roadmap alignment sessions.
  • Lead product deep dives to help customers use advanced modules more effectively.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Capture customer feedback, pain points, and enhancement requests through advisory forums and other channels.
  • Establish structured feedback loops from field teams to Product and surface adoption blockers and usability issues.
  • Support renewals, expansions, onboarding, and major product rollouts.
  • Monitor product usage data and customer health metrics and turn them into insights and reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a SaaS environment in Product Management, Presales, Customer Success, or Consulting.
  • Alternative background as an ex-procurement and supply chain practitioner with deep expertise in procurement technology.
  • Experience implementing Source-to-Pay processes, with Coupa or SAP Ariba experience as an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, finance, supply chain, or spend management processes.
  • Proven experience driving enterprise software adoption, customer outcomes, and value realization.
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • A deep desire to understand user pain points and a problem-solver mindset.
  • Experience as a super user across procurement technology workflows is preferred.
