Description

  • Own and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of client accounts to support success through upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and account growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, campaign execution, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and manage client growth plans with milestones, testing initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
  • Apply knowledge of Zeta offerings, client goals, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements that drive performance, creative enhancements, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities by building tailored strategic plans for each customer to exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Use KPI and goal-setting knowledge to proactively recommend optimizations that maximize performance.
  • Lead client meetings, including weekly status updates and Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure action items are documented and completed.
  • Build working knowledge of Zeta’s offerings, tools, and industry best practices to better support client needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, timelines, and deliverables across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Product, and Client Success Leadership to support seamless campaign launches and long-term expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, or client services.
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence leading data-driven conversations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and comfort interpreting performance data.
  • Experience with campaign management tools, platforms, or reporting systems is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
