Description

  • Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific go-to-market function and define a roadmap with measurable operational impact.
  • Build and ship AI-powered internal solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools.
  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions for reusable components that accelerate future AI development.
  • Deliver production-grade automations that improve how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate.
  • Translate AI transformation goals and internal stakeholder feedback into concrete product requirements and implementation plans.
  • Iterate rapidly from problem definition to prototype to production deployment.
  • Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.
  • Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship.
  • Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python preferred.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Ability to independently take a solution from problem definition to prototype to production deployment.
  • Experience solving ambiguous operational problems in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in enterprise software environments is preferred.
  • Internships or research experience in AI/ML labs are preferred.
  • Hackathon participation, open-source contributions, or product-focused side projects are preferred.
  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling is preferred.
