Description

  • Prioritize, source, and close new enterprise accounts within your territory.
  • Research prospects’ business goals and connect CRM and marketing automation practices to talent acquisition opportunities.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Position Findem’s platform as a transformational solution for Talent Acquisition, HR, and Talent Marketing.
  • Educate executive buyers on how CRM-driven pipeline management translates to talent pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Value Consulting, Customer Success, and Product to advance deals and create long-term customer value.
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance from initial engagement through close.
  • Close multi-product, multi-year contracts with enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.
  • 2+ years selling CRM, marketing automation, SaaS platforms, or similar technology solutions.
  • Experience building compelling business cases and ROI narratives.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts such as CRM, data analytics, workflow automation, and AI in a consultative way.
  • Experience identifying greenfield opportunities and expanding territory footprint.
  • Comfort selling to VP- and C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition, HR tech, or recruiting technology is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of enterprise recruiting operations, including passive sourcing, pipeline nurturing, and DEI goals.
