Description

  • Identify high-potential prospects in the territory and develop outbound strategies with the business development team.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for startups and small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Manage new users through onboarding and early growth.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects that improve and refine the sales process.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to support growth and inform the APAC product roadmap.
  • Incubate and launch new sales channels for prospective users.
  • Develop scalable strategies and repeatable processes to increase the number of businesses joining Stripe.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to understand the Stripe API and build strong relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with basic financial modeling.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in technology.
  • Experience working with large SMB and midmarket businesses, preferred.
  • Ability to conduct business-level and technical conversations with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, COOs, and CFOs, preferred.
