Description

  • Own reporting for core SaaS sales KPIs such as quota attainment, win/loss rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to troubleshoot data discrepancies and adapt reporting as business needs change.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales performance dashboards in DOMO using clear, actionable dashboarding principles.
  • Translate complex data into concise, compelling visual stories that support decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary analyst for pipeline and forecast reporting, including stage progression, deal slippage, and bottleneck analysis.
  • Develop and maintain KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to SaaS best practices.
  • Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO.
  • Streamline recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness.
  • Support DOMO administration and stay current on platform releases and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of SaaS sales KPIs, including quota attainment, win rate, pipeline coverage ratios, average sales cycle, deal velocity, ARR/MRR, churn, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ability to perform independent analysis and proactively identify opportunities to improve the revenue cycle.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present findings concisely with appropriate supporting detail.
  • Hands-on experience with DOMO preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures is a major plus.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus.
  • Self-sufficient and able to research data independently without prompting.
  • Eager to grow into a senior analytics and broader business intelligence role.
