Description

  • Lead execution, coordination, and risk management for infrastructure projects with minimal performance impact.
  • Drive infrastructure initiatives across reliability, storage, distributed systems, cloud-native performance, and compliance programs.
  • Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams to align priorities and deliver on time.
  • Track milestones and delivery across multiple infrastructure teams, including data, caching, observability, and security engineering.
  • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership, external partners, and internal teams on risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Develop and improve infrastructure program management practices to increase visibility into progress, risks, and technical dependencies.
  • Facilitate large-scale testing and rollout strategies for critical infrastructure changes to reduce downtime and maintain reliability.
  • Translate technical constraints and risks into executive-level communications for senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure TPM or related roles such as cloud engineering, SRE, or infra-focused software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems in AWS, GCP, or similar environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure components including S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Redis, OpenSearch, and Kafka.
  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure programs such as migrations, cost optimization, encryption/key management, and reliability initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional program management skills, including coordinating multi-team engineering organizations and managing ambiguous environments.
  • Experience tracking performance bottlenecks and optimizing infrastructure SLAs.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience with external partners such as cloud providers or enterprise customers.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to executive leadership.
  • Preferred experience setting up or scaling TPM functions within an engineering organization.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise security and compliance programs such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and encryption key management.
  • Preferred infrastructure incident management and analysis experience.
  • Preferred background in software engineering or site reliability engineering.
