Description

  • Own and grow key client relationships as the senior point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns aligned to client goals and brand direction.
  • Shape client strategy by translating business needs, market dynamics, and audience insights into actionable plans.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and tech teams to produce innovative, high-quality work.
  • Lead and mentor the client services team through guidance, development, and performance feedback.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue opportunities across accounts.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment across global internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support new business development by identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and contributing to RFPs.
  • Run internal account planning sessions to deepen partnerships and unlock new workstreams.

Requirements

  • Extensive agency-side experience in a senior Client Services role, ideally as an Account Director or strong Account Supervisor ready to step up.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and experiential channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex client challenges into clear marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and expanding scopes of work.
  • Confident in budget management, commercial planning, and driving profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort engaging C-suite clients.
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams with strong mentoring and leadership ability.
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Short-term freelance availability for this contract opportunity.
