Description

  • Own the full program delivery lifecycle, including backlog breakdown, milestone estimation, and daily execution support.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional POD members through feedback, 1:1s, and performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders and manage expectations throughout delivery.
  • Communicate technical progress and identify account expansion opportunities with clients.
  • Establish and enforce delivery review processes to meet CodeRoad and client SOW standards.
  • Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, technical blockers, and burnout risks before they affect timelines or budgets.
  • Partner with hiring teams to interview candidates and support onboarding for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management or program delivery.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a lead or anchor role within a nearshore or agency setting.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum workflows using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
  • Strong background in mentoring cross-functional teams and managing delivery quality.
  • Experience conducting evidence-based performance evaluations.
  • Ability to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes and drive account health.
  • Native or near-native bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Active certification in PMP, CSM, or SAFe (preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary nearshore PODs across time zones (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, software delivery pipelines, and AI-driven workflow tools such as RAG or orchestration frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience contributing to discovery phases, SOW creation, and upsell conversations (preferred).
