Description

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from freemium sign-ups, marketing campaigns, and current Hilti customers.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create qualified opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Learn and communicate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely within the US.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into an Account Executive or other customer-facing role.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $45,000–$51,000.
  • Eligibility for a variable bonus of up to $34,000.
  • Remote role within the US.
  • Growth path into Account Executive or other customer-facing roles.
